The Toowoomba Parkinson’s Support Group provide various programs to assist those with the disease. Dance classes and Park “n” Songs Choir has proven to be popular and effective.
There is currently no cure for Parkinsons Disease … but with loving support and regular medication / exercise, sufferers can lead a comfortable life.
Lions Medical Research Foundation has announced the recipient of the latest funding round, whose ground-breaking research project aims to enrich our understanding of the underlying biology of complex neurological diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease.
