Vera Lacaze
What a Great Day it was at the Vera LaCaze Anniversary BBQ on Saturday, 22nd March.
We had an early start on a humid and overcast day. Special thanks to Ken and Col who did a wonderful job on the BBQ and truly earned a cold beverage at the end of the day. Janelle was extremely busy on the counter all day, and our wonderful Miss Elizabeth was run off her feet doing the bread and buns. We can't forget our “old El President” who did an okay job on the drinks.
Chris presented the bench seat that our club donated to Vera La Caze Kindergarten.
Thank you Ken and your ever-ready assistance on Friday, making sure the bench seat had been delivered; as well as fitting the plaque.
Once again thank you, everyone, for your help with setting up, running the day and packing up … just to do it all again the next day at the AEIOU Fun Run.
